 | Comments: |
Valley Way is a sidewalk. Trails above treeline are all hard packed snow with bits of ice. No need for snow shoes or crampons, we spiked entire day though we all carried snow shoes and crampons. Any drifts we encountered were small and short-lived. Beautiful, sunny start to day with high clouds creeping in as we progressed from Madison to Adams. Very windy but dressed right we were all toasty warm and happy! |
