Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: There are 3 crossings somewhat close together once you hit the trail after the bushwack. The 2nd crossing has a big (person sized) hole. To avoid this crossing all together........follow the snowshoe track off to your right, just before the 1st crossing, it's rough but you won't fall in a river :) If you do fall in, the water is somewhat shallow. 1st and 3rd are well bridged.

Comments
Comments: Great conditions for this hike! Engine Hill Bushwack is beautifully laid out, through wide open birches and well travelled. Few postholes from a moose but otherwise in great shape. Couple blowdowns as you near Davis Path, but not 100% certain the snowshoe track is exactely on the trail (so that could be the reason). Better than expected day, under blue skys on the hike out and very light snow flurries.
