Comments
Comments: The full route is now broken out. Trails below the ridge are all getting packed well, as is the Tom Spur. Trail to Willey was broken out by a couple nice women this morning, thanks you two! 2 others went out there after me so it should be established decently, though some spots were already drifting in. Initially soft leaving Field to Tom, gets better near Tom. All in all, a great snowshoe now.

There was a well-established trench with a couple inches of snow in it (last night's totals) heading down the A-Z to Zealand. Looked like a large group went through there yesterday.

Continually amazed that the bare booters (microspikes is still bare booting!) come out after over a foot of snow (plus 4" more last night). One apparently went at least halfway to Tom on the A-Z. Below the trail split it was packed out enough that damage was minimal, and I did what I could with the mess left on A-Z. I assume those that left Tom before me cleaned up the mess higher up until they overtook the booter. It isn't too bad now, but definitely a snowshoes-only circuit still.
