Comments
Comments: We broke out Cabot! It was a huge task with drifts up to my chest at times. We met one other couple at the base that said they would follow our breaking out. It took several hours to summit and Kilkenny Ridge was the most difficult part of the day. Thankfully we did find the summit marker! As a forewarning, the summit seems to get very drifted and we really struggled with route finding. I would not be surprised if it gets drifted again. On our way down we passed 6 people (8 total including the couple at the base) it made for a well packed monorail which should be stable at this point. We originally planned to do Cabot, Bulge, and the Horn and then opted to stop breaking trail after Cabot and head to Waumbek. When we went to Waumbek it began snowing so I would imagine that Cabot also got some snow, but it was only a dusting when we left.
