Comments
Comments: Note: Trailhead sign has an arrow pointing right (the wrong direction) and it appeared someone tracked out that false path. Instead, go left and you will see immediate and numerous blue blazes verifying you are on the right track.

Cold start, not that bad at trailhead though with a -2 air temp. Warmed fast today and it was a crystal clear bluebird day. Trail great packed powder, all ice was hidden now, so no need to bring crampons. Snowshoes not necessary though I wore them car to car as this is a trail with a constant steepish grade where you will appreciate the televators. Minimal wind up top coming from the south.

Man what a nice day out, wish I had more than just a couple of hours in the early morning or I would have done Franconia Ridge.
