| Comments: |
Winter wonderland all the way. Two Canada jays 30 min from the top shared some p-nut butter granola bars. Saw one person in snowshoes, doing fine, everybody else wearing crampons or spikes. We wore Hillsound trail Pro crampons the entire way, left our spikes and snowshoes in the car. Warm enough not to wear gloves, but on top it was much colder, hands froze in minutes while putting the leg warmers on Maggie, then five minutes down the mountain it was warm enough to take gloves off. |
