Comments
Comments: Up Edmands Path via Mt. Clinton Road (snowed in) from Base Road with group of 10. Road was well packed by snow machines. Edmands Path well packed base with ~4" inches of loose snow on top. A few of us preferred snowshoes. Heavy but stable and packed drifts just below summit with occasional postholes and spruce traps on the downhill side. Patches of Blue ice here and there from lower elevations to summit, none of it problematic. Summit hump mostly bare or thin with occasional drifts and patchy ice. 3 of group went on to Monroe & returned same way.
