| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
I was first at 6:30 AM in the Unknown Pond Trailhead parking area. There were 12 cars at the York Pond Trailhead parking area as well as on the roadside at 1 PM. The fish hatchery gate is open with snow plowed up against it. I went by the gate at about 6:15 AM. |

2 have wooden bridges, all the other crossings are easy hop across. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
a few walk over and a few walk under. Near the summit there is a tree across the trail with rabbit tracks going under and moose tracks where it stepped over the tree, I wonder what goes on in the woods when people are not around. |

| Comments: |
A really nice day with temps from 15 to 35, no wind, sun early then high milky clouds. There were about 24 people out on these trails today. Saw a lot of animal tracks crossing and along the trail. Wore stabilicers all day, about 1 inch of new snow down low and 4 to 5 inches near the summit. All others barebooted or with light traction as there is a good solid snow and ice base on these trails. |
