Comments
Comments: Lot's of ice on 19 mile brook and then lots of drifts leading to the junction of the ridge trail. Bring your footings with you. The ridge to A peak is a little tricky to navigate in places and may become unstable depending on snow depth. Ice on some of the other sections of downs going to D peak so be careful with footings. I thought it was going to be a super late day but we were back at the care by 5pm after starting a little after 8am. A good way to spend a Friday and great to meet Bruce on the trails.
