Parking/Access Road Notes: I parked at the highland center. Crawford depot not apparently plowed, but looks like the wind blew enough snow away that you could park there

Comments: trail well packed out early, but hasn't seen a lot of traffic above the junction of avalon and a-z. i wore snowshoes car to car because i could. didn't need them for flotation as much as traction. some drifts on the mt tom spur. trail to field not broken out, you will want snowshoes if you are headed that way. beautiful day, but cold and windy. didn't see another soul all day.
