Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Parked at Rte. 302 and walked up Zealand Road. Plenty of parking. Watch out for large blocks of ice on trail from lot to Zealand Road. Rain and melting raised the Zealand River high enough to make the trail difficult in areas.

Water Crossing Notes: Rock hopping, Snow bridges

Trail Maintenance Notes: One blowdown on Lend-A-Hand that could be stepped over. Otherwise, trails were in very good condition.

Comments: This was my first time to Zealand Hut. Made it to Z Cliff and Z Peak in daylight and came back with headlamp. Only light snow on Saturday night and Sunday morn. The hut was full and the caretaker was excellent.
