| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
York Pond Road is a few inches of snow over ice, drive very carefully. Snow tires help. |
|

Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth, Ice - Blue, Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular |
|
| Recommended Equipment: |
Light Traction |
|
| Water Crossing Notes: |
Open but low and fine. I broke the ice ledge on the one larger crossing and took a swim so you won't have to. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
none |

| Dog-Related Notes: |
All good. Happy golden retriever on the trail today. |

| Comments: |
Microspikes the whole way. Some huge ice flows across the trail but they're level and have good grip, microspikes handled them just fine. Snowshoes not needed unless we get at least 4-6". |
