Great hike! Greeley Ponds Trail is in great shape with just one blow down. Mt. Osceola Trail is in good shape, but it is very icey. It had a dusting of snow which added to the slipping. I would recommend crampons (ours are on order, so we did the whole thing in microspikes but I wouldn't recommend it). Whole hike was in such great shape we were done in 3.5 hours. We saw close to 2 dozen people out so the trail should be well packed between East and Main as it had received some snow that made for slow walking, but not worthy of snowshoes yet! |
