Comments
Comments: Karen, Gordon, Ruben and I started in dry overcast conditions on a ice and crust covered surface. Light traction was the order of the day. Started snowing at about 2500'. Carriage Rd is well packed and now has 3"-4" of new snow since the last report of Sunday. Drifting snow once you leave the cover of the Carriage road 'tunnel' as much as 18" deep. By the windy conditions we experienced our tracks will all be filled in by the end of the day. Visability was about 20-30 yds. a far cry from the 120 miles reported on Sunday.
