Comments
Comments: below zero at the start and never really warmed up for us today..light winds made it work. terrific loose packed snowshoe track, especially across the ridge trail .what a blast. 12-18 inches of snow along the ridge..less on Tom. clouds were descending as the day moved on and we saw a few flurries in the air. just after exclaiming how much fun we were having snowshoeing down some of the descents a barebooter came along and thanked us for smoothing out the trail for him..how nice. all in all great snowshoe conditions today..some bony icy spots on avalon. wont take too much more snow to fill in the ledges. great day out with Valerie and John and Pepper
