A big thanks to the plowtrucks. The shoulders were wide enough for parking on both sides of the street. |

The ice bridges should be more secure in the next few days. The open water crossings were rock-hoppable with care. |

I don't exactly recall how many blowdowns there were but two major ones above and one step over. |

I wore microspikes until the ravine, Hillsound Pros on both ascents and descents, and switched over to snowshoes to help smooth out the trail. The frozen footprints, some deep but mostly shallow, made the footing tricky. The Kanc probably got around 3 inches of fresh powder today making for a very picturesque day. |
