Comments
Comments: Seemed more like a spring hike (without the postholes) up high then firm and icy below 2,500ft - an interesting inversion. We wore microspikes the entire time. Ledges were fine - the snow/ice was soft slush. The Dicey Mill Trail was firm and fast. Rain up high, freezing rain down below and 1/4 inch of ice on the trees below 2,500 ft. Didn't see a soul.
