Comments
Comments: The bottom of the steeps was one of the most icy spots. All 5 of us switched to crampons. We used them the rest of the way up E. Osceola and over and back to Osceola and back down. The chimney bypass was free of ice TG. 3-5" of snow. Snowed all day. Very little wind. Rough footing today. I, personally could not have done it without crampons. The powdery snow hid the extensive ice. Great group. Thank you Deidra, Susan, Craig, and Amalia..
