Dusting of snow at the trailhead, jumping to about half an inch at 3,300 feet. Somewhat of a black ice glaze on much of the trail, but not with a terribly slippery consistency. I was able to bareboot the whole thing without issue. Others were wearing Microspikes. I do recommend carrying them, should conditions change with incoming precip.
With only the High Country open (some snowmaking on Northside), we descended the ski trails and access road without issue.
