Comments
Comments: funny weather day..33 in plymouth, 51 at the trail head. drizzled in the notch but never got rained on during hike. fairly solid trail..could be booted with care, I chose microspikes above the 1/4 mile sign to the summit then back down to the old burn traverse. Made for a very fast track and easy going on a mix of soft ice and packed out snow. When this refreezes it will be rugged. Some were certainly struggling without proper foot ware. Nice to run into some friends along the way. Quite breezy on the socked in summit and did not linger long. Great day out in the woods
