Ice Fall on Edmands was frozen -- Spikes helpful. In fact needed spikes most of the way. |

A couple blowdowns on Webster Jackson one of which we were able to remove |

Did not see any dogs today. Would have been a tough day given the cold and wind. |

Thanks to BillC who was able to hook up with me at the last minute. Probably would not have done this hike alone though there were a lot of people out today. Under the clouds all day so had great views in the grey light. Edmands, Webster Cliff and Webster Jackson have a lot of blue and some black ice. We used spikes almost all day. Saw several groups w/o spikes and they were slowed considerably. Quite cold and windy but nevertheless a great day out |
