| Comments: |
Dry ground up to 2,200 feet then we used micro-spikes up to the hut.
Across the ridge to Falling Waters Trail is mostly bare with patches of snow. We barebooted this. Beware of spruce traps where some of the snow is soft and still pretty deep.
The ridge between Little Haystack and Liberty had quite a few deep postholes but snowshoes kept us right on top.
Still able to bareboot over to Flume without going in. That may change soon. |
