Comments
Comments: Seasons starting to turn on this hike today. Trail in good shape to Cedar Brook. Virtually no leaves on trees. Views opened up in a few sections. Some long stretches of mud in places..reroute called for on Cedar Brook I think. Loop Trail decent on ascent to South. The ridge was great with good footing and varied views. A few fresher cuts through some major blowdown areas. The North outlook showed fresh cutting as well. Descent was loose in places but went fine. Cold and blustery on Southcbut caught the sun on North. Still, a few things came out of the pack today..season changing!! Nice day out with Valerie
