Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: The tunnel bridge road is washed out adding a 1.6 mile warm up to the beginning. It doesn't appear that this road will be fixed any time soon, but I could be wrong. There were a few blowdown step overs along the way. One stands out in my memory.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Great trail for Kali no technical stuff after her big traverse the day before.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found: someone lost a cotton t-shirt about .4 from the summit, still there when we headed back :-)

Comments
Comments: We were treated to day two of amazing weather. Lot's of people on Moosilauke today. The Benton trail was a red line for both of us and the only way we hadn't been up the Moose. There were probably 40 people milling around on top but the entire time on the Benton trail we saw six people. It is a good way to spend a pretty morning hiking Moose with less crowds. The washout on tunnel brook road was interesting to see. Foliage was beautiful to see driving down that road:-)
