 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Most trails are in good shape with the exception of spots of gooey muck. The relocated portion of the Gale River Trail is starting to dry but the section below the brook crossing is still a mess. Its all doable. I stepped where the moose stepped when it didn't sink! There is a large mud pit on the Frost Trail right at the beginning. A few rocks make it passable without getting dirty. |

 | Dog-Related Notes: |
Only four cars at 6:30 am, six at 6pm |

 | Bugs: |
Lots of little, happy, flying critters in the sunny spots. Not biting. |

 | Comments: |
It would be difficult to find a more perfect day. As I perched atop West Bond gazing at the beauty of the day, I became aware that the temperature must have been perfect. It wasn't detectable. Not even a smidgen of cool or a whisper of warm. Just perfection. |
