A one day Pemi Loop. Headlamp start and finish, plus evening rain, but a great day with great, cool weather overall. Even saw a thruhiker on the Garfield Trail. Noting here the renaming of the former Wilderness Trail on the north side of the East Branch of the Pemi River. Thanks to Mike L. and Elizabeth for a memorable day. Mike ran ahead on the Garfield Trail and added Galehead, for fun. |
