Parking/Access Road Notes: Only one car when I arrived. And only 2 when I left. Good dirt road (Prius-passable) to reach it

Comments: Cloud deck around 2000 ft so in clouds all the time. Drizzly, wet but no real rain and no views. Big pile of lumber near tower - probably going to re-deck it?
