Parking/Access Road Notes: Got there bright and early, not a problem though other hikers said parking lot had filled to capacity. 
Surface Conditions
Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Standing/Running Water on Trail

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Was able to rock-hop water crossing heading up Tom Wigins, rocks are very slippery with high risk of soaking boots/socks. On way down Dicey Mills, a large log bridge will get you across dry. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Minor easily passable over/under blowdowns on Rollins and Dicey.  
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: I wouldn't recommend taking a dog over the ledges. 
Bugs
Bugs: none!  
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Lost a cheap pair of sunglasses on the ledges.
