Parking/Access Road Notes: Parking lot 3/4th full when we arrived. About the same on descent.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Standing/Running Water on Trail

Water Crossing Notes: None 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trails in good condition with some muddy spots on both Airline and Valley Way. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Not much water on Airline. Some in the lower part of Valley Way. Rocks on top not good for dogs. 
Bugs
Bugs: Plenty of black flies n the top of Madison. Breeze and clouds kept bugs to a minimum on Adams.

Comments
Comments: Lots of wet slippery rocks coming down Valley Way. Very humid early on going up but once above treeline the clouds blew in and it actually got quite cold. No views from Adams but some nice ones when we got up Madison. Great day out with the OTHHikers.
