Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: I arrived at 5:30am at the Willey House Station Rd. There were cars spaced out top to bottom, evidence of a full lot the day before. The lot and upper half of the road was full at 2pm.

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All were easy.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Great job done by trail workers along Willey Range Tr. The mess north of Mt Willey has been cleared with only one new blowdown. There is one section just efore the col that has been relocated. The old trail was brushed in but a new tree had fallen over the bypass making it look like a herd path around. After moving the wrong trees I saw a cut end and had to put them all back. Oops. :( Only one other tree down on the A-Z Tr. A-Z had many newer bog bridges.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Easy hike for Marlie. Lots of water to drink everywhere except along the ridge. The ladders are like big stairs. Most dogs shouldn't have a problem.
Bugs: Knats, moquitoes, and deer flies made their presence known but were not an issue if I kept moving.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: I found a mitten, water bottle, and winter hat along the A-Z Tr. Multiple pieces of wrappers, a pole basket, and other tid bits through out. I also found a dog poop bag(empty) on a rock along the Zealand Tr. It came in handy for all of my findings.
Comments: A great plan B day for me. I had some limited views from the summits but did not mind the clouds to keep things cool. I met the first hiker at 9:30 after having already summited all three peaks. Early = Solitude. It makes leaving at 3am worth it.
