Logs and planks intended for new bog bridges for mud area on Hancock Loop ridge section were haphazardly strewn in the mud area. The worst trail condition was on a portion of the Cedar Brook Trail which had a stretch under water requiring careful footwork to avoid sinking in mud or water.
