Trails generally in good condition. A few blow downs on ridge between peaks but not a problem to get by. Logs and planks intended for new bog bridges for mud area on Hancock Loop ridge section were haphazardly strewn in the mud area. The worst trail condition was on a portion of the Cedar Brook Trail which had a stretch under water requiring careful footwork to avoid sinking in mud or water. |

| Comments: |
The many water crossings were easy today. The upper part of the steep climb up North Hancock had some running water on the trail and loose rocks. Some of the steep area on South Hancock had loose rocks.
A hiker who had come from Pemi East Side Trail said conditions were bad on the western section of the Cedar Brook Trail. |
