| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Overall the trail is in good shape - there is evidence of recent brushing, but many of the trimmings have been left in the middle of the trail - we moved several as we passed through |

| Dog-Related Notes: |
Hannah had a good day - definitely a bit on the warm side for her, but there was enough shade and water to keep her going. Plenty of streams headed up to the main peak but nothing over to East - make sure to bring extra water for the pooches, I was glad I had plenty of extra today. No issues for her on the chimney bypass in either direction. |

| Bugs: |
Plenty out that will get you if you stop too long and there's no breeze |

| Comments: |
Got an early start to beat the afternoon t-storms - very warm and humid all day, but great views from the main peak. Rocks were a bit slick especially early, take care especially on the sloped slabs in the last mile up to main peak. We didn't get rained on and the sun was still poking through when we finished at 1. As always a great hike with the hiking beast! |
