First time I did the excellent Osseo Trail. It is fast, soft (more dirt than rocks) and generally gradual. It also drained the rain very nicely. No views today, but still an excellent hike. Saw Tim C and Allie (Ally?) on the trail, plus a few adventurous Pemi Loop backpackers. Pretty quiet on the trail, except for the Wilderness Trail on the way back. Ran into our esteemed Webmaster at the Mountain Wanderer in Lincoln. |
