| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
A note to follow up DayTrip's report -- the road from WV side will be open again by tomorrow morning. They were just paving today...I spoke to the construction fellas when I arrived, they let me through to park. Saturday morning it should be open as usual. |

| Dog-Related Notes: |
Max would NOT have appreciated this hike AT ALL. We wisely left him at home. |
|
| Bugs: |
As DayTrip said, they were AWFUL. Worst I've ever experienced. Our friends Samantha and Nate used DEET, the girls and I used an alternative spray...neither worked at all. I have blackfly bites in places no blackfly is meant to go. |

| Lost and Found: |
Sage lost her toy cat on the South Slide. It's a small gray figure, about the size of an adult's little finger. If you happen to find it, please send me an email! |

We must have been right behind DayTrip today. Never saw him. We did see one fellow who had come up from the Kanc.
Great day out with Samantha and Nate. Sage finally got to experience the Tripyramid Slides. Trip report will be on my blog on Tuesday, June 25. |
