Comments
Comments: A beautifully sunny day on the trails, with nice views. Dicey's Mill Tr. can be barebooted in the beginning, then hiked with micro spikes or other light traction. Snowshoes were needed at the level of the Rollins Trail. Rollins Trail has lots of face-slapping branches and hidden branch ends at face level. The snow is melting off some of the steeper sections, making crossing them more difficult. We went up into the woods and around one of these areas. Overall, both trails were in good condition (if you don't mind slushy snow) for snowshoes. It did not appear that the Blueberry Ledge Trail from Whiteface was broken out .
