The AMC Guide warns that Eastman Brook, at the start of this section of the Tecumseh, is "difficult" in high water, but I guess the water wasn't high, despite all the recent rain, as the Brook was a shallow, easy rock-hop. |

They didn't bother me, but a hiker I met complained that they were tormenting him. My bug-repellent outfit works well - I have yet to require DEET or the like this year. |
