Decided to squeeze in a Calendar day. Had to do it, or wait another year, and then still no guarantee. Lucked out. Some drizzle, and light rain to start, but about half way up it let up and didn't resume again until I was back at the car at 11:00. I picked the right window. Trail had some puddles and muddy spots, but not bad for the rain we got. Windy at the summit, but all in all not a washout day. I didn't see anyone else this morning and didn't expect to. |
