| Comments: |
The first 0.5 miles of the Asquam-Ridge Trail has been relocated. The trail starts at the turnaround at the end of the Ravine Lodge Road, not down below by the brook. The trail up to the Ace Meriill loop junction is eroded, muddy, and has some rough footing with some blowdowns here and there. After the Ace Merrill junction the trail is in excellent shape with good footing. Beaver Brook was in good shape, we bushwhacked up to the summit over an old trail corridor that became very narrow and scratchy in spots. Carriage, Snapper, and Gorge all in great shape. |
