the first two near the beginning of the trail were easily rock hopped and only 3-4 inches deep anyway |

saw a pug-beagle mix! |

mosquitoes and black flies easily managed with deep woods off. they didn't bother sasha so i would say they weren't particularly fierce today |

i followed the sosman trail from the sign just below the summit (with your back to the summit, facing sign, turn left)and in a few minutes down the trail there is a light herd path (left side)that leads to the edge for a nice view of the ski area. then i followed sosman around to the first views in .4 miles which were nice. |
