Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All easy
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trails are in great shape, both slides were nice and dry :)
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: While I know of people who have assisted their dogs up the north slide I think it would be a bit dicey for most. If I had a dog I would most likely choose another route.
Bugs
Bugs: The stiff breeze and cold temps kept them away for most of the day. They came out once back down on Livermore when the sun came out and the wind died down...and they were hungry...
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Nada

Comments
Comments: This is a great loop hike. The slides are great (as long as they are dry). Really felt a lot shorter then 11 miles.
