Comments
Comments: Trail has an obvious trough until just past Mt Surprise, this might even be filled in by now. We stuck to the blue blazes sometimes breaking 3 feet of snow, other times packing the few inches that was freshly fallen snow. After about the 4th open ledge area, we decided to follow the trough which led to the right of where the trail should be. It's pretty good going and looks like a trail but ends on a knoll that is somewhere around 3300 feet and then you're stuck. We dropped off to the South to try and rejoin the trail, but had no luck finding our way and decided to call it off.

Tried Mr Pizza in Gorham and would highly recommend it for the limited amount of food in the area.
