Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All crossings passable now but require rock hopping with some water over wet rocks. Poles helpful.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: it is still early season; there are blowdowns on Spur Trail and on Randolph. Some ssections of trail are wet/muddy but things are not bad at all considering all the snow/rain last weekend. No snow on the trail; a patch here and there up high.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: No issues except the humidity and sharp rocks. I saw no dogs today
Bugs
Bugs: Very recent fly hatch on Mt Adams summit. TONS of them but not biting. Biting black flies on many trails, even above treeline. Breeze not stiff enough

Comments
Comments: Nice day to be out, if a bit warm and humid. Few others on the RMC paths. Threatening clouds and a clap of thunder but weather blew away and views were good if a bit hazy at first.
