| | | | Comments: | Got a very late start Thursday evening and saw stars and moon rise from Bondcliff before the heat settled in on Friday. Its an experience to be on top of a mountain and not see a single light. Rested a bit and at first light just kept walking across the top. There are still a few patches of ice on the Twinway descending from Guyot. No need for spikes. Bill Cronin kept on to Hale at the LendAHand. He is a machine. I was happy just to see 4 hills. Lot of people headed into the shelter. The water in the rivers is still chilly but yesterday felt great. | | | | | Name: | Jeb Bradley | | | | | E-Mail: | jebebrad@metrocast.net | | | | | Date Submitted: | 2013-06-01 | | | | | Link: | https:// | | | | Disclaimer: Reports are not verified - conditions may vary.
