Parking/Access Road Notes: Gale River Road open.

Surface Conditions: Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Snow - Wet/Sticky, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Slush, Snow - Spring Snow

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Passable, easier with poles. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Garfield Ridge trail coming down from junction, trail goes down over large rocks, along with water. Very slow section. Waded through shin deep water on Frost Trail on the way to Galehead. New reroute on Gale River Trail extremely muddy. No sign at upper end, blank, broken sign at lower end, but both ends are blocked off with brush.

Dog-Related Notes: Saw a few dogs,probably very muddy at end.

Bugs: only at trailhead when finished 
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Verizon LG cell phone found on Gale River Loop Road 
 
Comments
Comments: We brought crocs, water shoes, and spikes. Didn't use any of them. By the time we needed the footwear, boots were already soaked.
