| Comments: |
Lots of signs of the weekend's snow fall. Trail started wet, then very wet, then muddy with water running on the trail. Managed all water crossings with minimal wetness. Upper elevations had well-packed snow showing signs of heavy use since last snowfall. Bare-booted all the way to North Kinsman. Kinsman Ridge between Kinsman and North Kinsman was completely unbroken with 6"-8" of fresh sticky snow with some small drifts. Used microspikes to get through. |
