Comments
Comments: Many sections of the Webster-Jackson Trail were damp, muddy, or even running water. Only the rocks were dry. On the Jackson branch, after the water crossings and the shady snow bridge, the snow begins in earnest. Due to the thaw, it is also quick slick. The monorail is still very solid in the middle, still 2' to 3' in some places. Summit ledges totally bare and great views! We bare-booted since only one of us had spikes, but I probably would of put them on in some of the steep snowy spots had I been alone.
