Comments
Comments: The Garfield Trail is snow free to around 2,700 feet where it becomes a mix bag of spring snow, unstable monorail, stable monorail, running water and bare ground. There were suprisingly very few postholes. Upper ledges of the summit were dry and ice free. We looked like drunken sailors on the way down as the warm, soft snow caused us to slip and slide and sink in a bit. Nice day out with Jadwiga and Susan.
