Excellent Several leaners that are easy to bypass or go under. |

| Comments: |
Spikes the entire hike. Winds were steady 50 and gusting to 57 on the exposed section of trail just below the observation tower. There is still 2-3 ft of snow up high. Snowshoes may be required later in the day. |
