Lower crossing open, easily crossed with wet boots. Upper two crossings still bridged. |

Both trails very nicely blazed, in good shape. |

| Comments: |
Mixed trail conditions today. The bottom section of Mt Kinsman trail is muddy until the first stream crossing. Frozen spring snow above that, deepening to 3' on the ridge. Sleet and snow top surface between North and South Kinsman felt mushy, but with a solid base. Snowshoes with televators useful, but we saw many people doing well with microspikes. |
