 | Comments: |
Started with spikes but changed to shoes after a few minutes. Snow was soft. I was breaking thru the crust, even with shoes on, from the height of land near Scaur Peak to Middle Trip. Several folks barebooting a few days ago postholed up to their waist in a few places. Glissading was slow due to the heavy wet snow. Light rain or heavy mist for the entire hike. |
